This Limited Warranty applies to Physical Goods purchased From authorised partners of ANNEKAL

The Warranty period is of 1 years on the following product groups.

1. SMPS (Burnt Warranty)
2. Sim Based Router

The Warranty period is of 2 years on the following product groups.

1. CCTV Camera
2. DVR and NVR
3. PoE Switch (Burnt Warranty)
4. Desktop Switch

During the warranty period, we will replace or repair the product. If same product or model discountinued then the replacement procedure will be followed as per company principal.

Warranty of products will not cover following.

1. Physical Damage
2. Water Damage
3. Water damage in cable of outdoor/indoor camera
4. Tampering of warranty seal or serial number
5. Accessories (Adapter, LAN Cable, Power Cord, etc.)
